New Date: Credentialing Provider Portal Launches September 15

In August, we shared that updates to the CertifyOS credentialing provider portal would launch September 1. The launch date has moved to September 15, giving providers more time to prepare for the transition.

The updated portal will offer simpler sign-in, better application status visibility, easier navigation, and less repetitive data entry.

What to Do Before September 15

• Complete any credentialing work in progress.
• Reset your password when prompted.
• Bookmark the new portal link.
