Credentialing Provider Portal Changes Begin September 1, 2026

August 6, 2026

Starting September 1, 2026, CertifyOS—the credentialing platform LifeWise Health Plan of Washington uses—will launch an updated provider portal designed to make credentialing simpler, faster, and easier to navigate.

The enhanced portal will help you spend less time managing applications and more time focusing on patient care. These updates make completing and tracking credentialing applications more efficient from start to finish:

  • Simpler sign-in process
  • Better visibility into application status and progress
  • Easier-to-use application experience
  • Less repetitive data entry

What’s Changing

Getting started is easier

Creating and accessing a provider portal account is now simplified. The updated sign-up process helps you get started faster and spend less time on administrative tasks.

Track application progress more easily

Administrators will see when an application is waiting for a provider’s signature with the new pending signature status. This added visibility makes it easier to track progress and reduces manual follow-up.

Smoother application experience

The updated provider portal makes credentialing applications easier to complete:

  • Faster, cleaner form navigation
  • Section-based layout makes information easier to complete
  • Left-side navigation menu for quick access to application sections
  • Progress bar that shows users how much of the application is complete
  • Pre-filled information to reduce repetitive data entry and save time

What You’ll Need to Do

Taking these steps will help you maintain access to your account and avoid delays in managing credentialing tasks:

  • Complete in-progress work. If you have credentialing applications, attestations, or other forms in progress, complete and submit them before the September 1 upgrade.
  • Reset your password. When you sign in to the updated portal for the first time, you’ll need to reset your password. Watch for an email with instructions. Resetting your password promptly will help avoid access interruptions.
  • Bookmark the new portal. Once the updated portal is available, save the new link. It will be your primary way to access the provider portal moving forward.

Stay Tuned

We’ll share more details, key dates, and access instructions before the transition. Watch for emails about the upgrade and password reset process. Acting promptly will help you maintain access to your account and provider information.
