Yakima County Plan Changes for 2024

LifeWise Essential and Cascade plans are exiting Yakima County in 2024. Instead, we’ll be offering Cascade Select plans.

Here’s what that means for providers and members:

• Residents of Yakima County currently enrolled on our 2023 Essential and Cascade plans will be mapped to 2024 Cascade Select metallic equivalent plans.
• Cascade Select plans are Washington’s public option, designed by the state and with the same standard benefit design across all carriers.
• Cascade Select plans are exclusive provider organization (EPO) plans available through Washington Healthplanfinder at the bronze, silver, or gold level.
• Members on Cascade Select plans use the LifeWise Alpine network of providers.
