LifeWise Plans Leaving 3 Counties in 2025

LifeWise Health Plan of Washington will discontinue individual and family plans in Clallam, Jefferson, and Mason counties in 2025. Members in these counties have been notified, and their current plans will end December 31, 2024.

Despite our exit, members can still receive care from providers in these counties. We recommend providers in Clallam, Jefferson, and Mason counties and nearby areas ask for a patient’s ID card to ensure they still have the same coverage next year.
