LifeWise Payment Policies No Longer Require Secure Sign In

Accessing our payment policies is now easier than ever. It’s just one more way we’re making your provider experience better.

Effective immediately, it’s no longer necessary to sign in to your OneHealthPort account to access a LifeWise payment policy.

LifeWise payment policies are on the Lifewise.com provider homepage under “working with LifeWise” or in the “Resources” section of payer spaces within Availity.

• Click on the payment policy disclaimer agreement to go to the main payment policy page.
• Enter keywords to find a policy or enter “policy” to display all policies.
• Click on a policy to view or print a copy.
