Individual Plans Join Availity Essentials
In spring, you’ll use Availity Essentials to work with patients who have LifeWise Health Plan of Washington individual plans. Here’s what to expect and how to get ready.
Why it Matters
The individual payer space in Availity Essentials has a different name than our commercial plans. Because we’re moving from Evolent to Availity Essentials, the OneHealthPort sign‑in page will stop working.
How to Find It
We’ll add the LifeWise individual payer space to your Availity Essentials account. If you’re new, register for an account and get up to speed.
- Sign in to Availity Essentials. You can also bookmark the website through our sign-in page.
- Select INDV Plan – LifeWise Health Plan of Washington in the payer drop‑down.
- Call Availity Essentials’ client services at 800‑282‑4548 if the individual payer space is not showing up. Their team is available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
