Individual Market Plans Transition to LifeWise January 1, 2027

We’re bringing individual market plans to the same processes used across LifeWise Health Plan of Washington. Beginning January 1, 2027, you’ll use the same tools, resources, and processes you already use for other LifeWise plans. This change creates a more consistent experience for providers and members.
