Fee Schedule Maintenance

We update fee schedules to reflect industry coding and pricing changes, including drug, vaccine, and radiopharmaceutical reimbursement rates. The changes apply to LifeWise Health Plan of Washington fee schedules.

What’s Changing

For services provided January 1, 2027, we’ll use the July 2026 Average Sales Price (ASP) and Average Wholesale Price (AWP) files for drug and vaccine reimbursement. Providers can get their drug reimbursement rates through Availity Essentials beginning January 1, 2027.

If you need rates before January 1, email our provider relations team with the subject line “January 2027 Fee Schedule Maintenance.” Be sure to include your tax ID number and contract name. For all other reimbursement rate requests, go to Availity Essentials.

Keep in Mind

Check your compensation exhibit or addendum for contract-specific rates. Your compensation exhibit takes precedence.

Actual payment depends on applicable payment policies, the member’s benefits and eligibility at the time of service, and standard claims processing requirements.
