Change to Fee Schedule Maintenance

We’re making an important change to our fee schedule this year. LifeWise updates fee schedules several times a year, including in September. To meet the 90-day notice in your agreement, we’re changing the schedule to December 2025.

Coming in December

• Drug updates will include:
  • Changes to Average Drug Prices (ASP) and Average Wholesale Price (AWP).
  • New prices for drugs, vaccines, and immunizations.
  • Changes to drug tiers and pricing.

Payment rates won’t change until December 2025. LifeWise will send letters in September to affected providers. If you have special rates for certain codes, drugs, or levels, the update may not apply to you. Check your payment agreement or add-on to be sure.
