Dexcom G6 and G7 Transmitter and Sensor Failures

We have recently assisted several of our members that have experienced sensor failure while using Dexcom G6 and G7 transmitters and sensors. These have led to hospitalizations as the sensors are failing to note correct blood sugar levels. We have reached out to Dexcom to alert them to our members’ experience. We wanted to let our providers know as this impacts a vulnerable population.

If you have patients that currently use a Dexcom G6 and G7 transmitter and sensor, have them contact the Dexcom Clinical Manager noted below who can help get free replacement Dexcom G6 and G7 transmitters and sensors.
