Changes Coming to Provider Payments

LifeWise Health Plan of Washington will transition provider payment administration to PNC Bank starting January 2027. Most providers will continue receiving payments as they do today, but may notice changes to payment references, remittance information, and payment management tools.

What to Expect

• Providers currently receiving electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments will continue receiving EFT payments.
• Additional payment options will be available, including virtual card payments.
• Payment reference and check numbers will change.
• Explanation of payment information will continue to be available electronically.
