Be Prepared for Upcoming Provider Agreement Changes

LifeWise Health Plan of Washington is introducing a new provider agreement. For most providers already part of LifeWise’s network, the agreement takes effect in November 2026. For new providers joining LifeWise’s network, effective dates begin this summer.

Some operational provisions of the new agreement will be phased in over several months after the contract goes into effect. This will allow LifeWise to complete the system work associated with some of the changes. The phased operational rollout does not waive, modify, or limit any rights or obligations under the agreement. LifeWise reserves all rights and intends to enforce the provisions once operational. Providers will receive advance notice before changes go live.
