User testing is underway for the updated LifeWise Health Plan of Washington find care tool, launching this month. The redesigned tool keeps the features members use and adds a cleaner, more user-friendly layout. LifeWise members will be able to find care faster. It also sets the stage for future improvements. These updates will make provider searches even easier and support informed decision‑making.
